Nice idea but I have two comments:

1: The yellow highlights, especially on the infantry, seem a bit too stark, toning them down would be a good idea.

2: The little details such as squad marking and hazard stripes could use some tidying up, prime example being the helmet stripe of the guy in the last photo.

Very nice

Do they count as 'normal' marines or Blood Angels?

Blood Angels I guess, because of the symbols and the sanguinary priest (I bet it's a priest ^^)

That and all the jump packs, sure vanillas can take that many, but BA are just better at it.

I agree on making some of the stripes better but other then that those guys look really good

I don't know if it's the camera or the angles, but the paint looks very chunky.

I miss my Fiery Orange marines. They had a very similar scheme to yours. I was too lazy to mix when they discontinued the color. Ah, well. Good show, brokbrok.

It's probably the camera, it really brings out all the imperfections you're not likely to see from a foot away. I use Reaper paint, so it's really hard to get that chunky.

As far as the bad lines go, I've got a shakey hand and can live with it. =)

Thanks a bunch everyone for the comments! ^_^

This look really similar to how my Blood Angels of the late 90's used to come out. No matter what I did, they always looked orange. That was back when Citadel had a Blood Angels Red color (which was even closer to orange than their Blood Red).

Anyway, real nice work. Few people choose to make an orange chapter, I think its definately an underrated color. Very nice work on the vehicles too!

Cool stuff!

I agree with Valk that some of the small details could use a little cleanup. Once you get that new brush, it should be easy. If you can do eyes, you can straighten up those lines, no problem.
