I'm looking at getting an airbrush and saw this advertised at Harbor Freight Tools. http://www.harborfreight.com/air-tools/air-compressors/1-5-hp-58-psi-compressor-and-airbrush-kit-95630.html

Do you think this would be a good beginner setup?

For our purposes ...you'd be much better off getting a 'gravity feed' airbrush, rather than a siphon like that one. You could probably find a similar package too.

I second the gravity feed. I started with the bottom feed and the gravity feed is more convenient.

That compressor got some bad reviews. $79 is to cheap for a new compressor that includes an airbrush.

Personally I'd buy an air compressor with a small tank and an Iwata HP-CS... but that is not a beginner setup. It would run you about $250.
