Subject: Clarification on assault with power fists please.

First thing's first - I'm pretty new to 40k. I play with a friend of mine and we always struggle on the assault rules. My question is with terminators and power fists. The power fist grants the terminator a strength of 8. The terminator also has initiative 1 with the power fist. My question is, are all 3 of his assault attacks in this scenario at initiative one? Does he attack three times with strength 8? Or does he make two normal attacks and then makes 1 attack at the end with initiative 1?
Sorry for the simplistic question.

Unless there are special rules exceptions, all of a model's attacks are worked out with the same special weapons. So in this case the Terminator with 2 Base +1 Charging attacks at I1 with all 3 attacks at S8. Contrast this with a Techmarine with a servo harness, bolt pistol and power weapon. He gets 3A on the charge at I4 (1 Base, 1 for 2 CCWs and 1 for charging) and S4. He then gets 2 additional attacks at I1 and S8 from the servo arms.

The Terminator will do 3 attacks at I1 and S8 due to his PF. If he assaults, he will do 4 attacks at I1 and S8 due to the +1 attack from assaulting (this extra attack only lasts for the current assault phase).
Without extra wargear, a model will attack on the assault with its basic wargear on all attacks. The base attacks are exactly that, the number of close combat attacks the model gets without any modifiers.

You use the same weapon to make ALL of your close combat attacks - page 41 or 42, from memory (around that area for sure)
The only exception I can think of is Logan, who can choose to split attacks between two weapons, and techmarines with a servoharness.

He will do 2 attacks at I1 and S8 with 1 additional attack on the charge. He doesn't get another bonus attack for the special CCW unless he has 2 power fists.

Servo-anything; arm or harness(which is 2 arms).
So a Techmarine with a Power sword+harness would make all of his normal attacks at I4 with S4 Power weapons; then 2 additional attacks at I1 with S8 Power weapon.
Time wizard is also correct about the number of attacks a terminator gets.
