I don't know how Chapterhouse can get out of this one, as they are blatantly using GW IP names

actually only a few of the names they were using were copyrighted by GW, I really hope chapterhouse wins this one as it would really strengthen our hobby.

It does sound like they are spending a lot in this court case...
The 2 biggest legal firms in America when it comes to IP cannot be cheap for either party.

According to the press release, the firm representing Chapterhouse is pro-bono... Chapterhouse will just give up a huge chunk in the end.

That's right, GW now spends tens of thousands of dollars, so that a garage company changes some names on their website.
From the legal discussion here on Dakka I assume that Chapterhouse will win. The we will see hardcover Codices also in 40k 
Still, this discussion doesn't belong to 40k general..
