When running three fire prisms can you forgo shooting the prism cannon on two of the three to make the firer a ST11 AP1 or is it capped at ST10 AP 1.

Its for 1 turn

Fire Prisms say that you may forgo firing to aid a firer (firing fire prism) by +1 St -1 AP so adding a single aiding fire prism would allow a ST 10 AP 1 Focused, or ST 6 AP 3 dispersed.

My question is I have 3 Fire Prisms as Heavy Support. When I forgo firing two of the Prisms to boost another can a Focused Blast become a ST 11 AP 1 (AP 1 being the lowest you can get).

the strength of the prism cannon cannot exceed 10 no matter how many prisms you link together...page 6 in the brb is the "maximum 10" rule which states that only vehicles can have characteristics above 10

read the rule...it states that the strength attribute is part of that rule and thats what is taken into consideration. thus the armor of a vehicle which isnt in the list of attributes isnt affected by the max 10 rule but the strength of the shot is

It's also mentioned in the fire prism combined fire rules.

S is capped at 10.

P43 Eldar codex.

This is reinforced in the Apocolypse data sheet for the Sunstorm squadron. http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/content/article.jsp?catId=cat440317a&categoryId=900006§ion=&aId=3400020
