I know it's kinda a ridiculous question because they are so easy to paint it's almost cheating. BUT I'd be interested if you have any images? I'm interested because I've been so happy with my dipped orks and marines. They're tough! For years I've never had such durable non chipping minis.

Thanks,
Dr. G

Necrons are perfect for dipping. Might give you quite a worn, browned metal look, but hey, if that's what you're after - and it fits with the fluff - then why not?

Just spay them silver (army painter do good sprays, check out Army Painter Platemail Primer), paint a few colours (eyes, gun, symbols), and then dip, and you're done.

Yes. Check my gallery for a pic of mine. Note: the Lord is not dipped, just the warriors. Not the best pic, but it will give you an idea anyways.

I primed them, base coat of Boltgun metal, brushed on Minwax Polyshades Mission Oak (thinned about 20%), scorpion green eyes, then based them and added the green tubes.

Whats my game?
Warmachine (Cygnar)
10/15mm mecha
Song of Blades & Heroes
Blackwater Gulch
X wing
Open to other games too
