Does the Space Wolf psychic power "Jaws of the World Wolf" affect Deff Koptas (jetbikes)?

Jet pack infantry(which are on the ground most of the time) are smart enough to use the pack to hover over the chasm; Jetbikes (which are always airborne) feel the need to dive right into it.
Although it is simpler to just keep both of those units as their parent type(jump infantry/Bikes respectively) instead of nitpicking sub-types.

Obviously the jetbikes land betveen movement (since they get the dangerous terrain test if ending its movement in diff/dang terrain). And probably the jump/jet packs has an instant jetboost while it takes a while to start up the bike engines. So, the rule actually make all kinds of sense. Now, considering walkers are unaffected while monstrous creatures only get a +1 on their I test, thats another thing

I always considered the Jet bike ending in difficult taking a dangerous terrain test to be the biker crashing into a tree/wall.
Also for some reason i was thinking that jetbikes had the same ability as Skimmers to hover over difficult if they so choose(thus not getting the Cover save); but it seems I was mistaken(I don't ever use them, currently so...)
