hi guys, I'm currently making a trator guard army and I was wandering how to make them a little more chaosy

so far I have:
spikes
more spikes
pig iron heads
and some home made heads like the FW ones (I'll post pics later)

but I think they need to be MORE chaosy

BTW: I'm going for a slaaneshi look so any ideas that fit into the nesh section would be really helpful

It partially depends how chaosy you want. With a slaaneshy theme, your looking at studs and leather texturing surfaces with tenticles, crab claws, and thinner curved weapons defining your aesthetic. I think if you start with Chaos Marauders, you'd get slaanessh oriented look... in that BDSM sort of way. You then just need to focus on making them look less fantasy more 40k. Beyond that devoting them to a particular chaos god becomes a matter of incorporating the various distinctive mutations.

If you want "prisoners" Hasselfree have a good assortment as well.

I think in general, there are aspects of the Dark Eldar aesthetic that are common to Slaanesh, so while I don't think you should use Dark Eldar bits, I think looking at them for some influences would be worthwhile.

I might look into those torsos but for now catachan ones are doing well just for the grunts

in terms of a BDSM look I'd like to have it running through out the higher command groups but not so much the grunts

as far as prisoners go, I like the deldar ones and they should look good adorning the tanks

For Slaanesh IG though, use 'lithe' looking bits like Skaven and High Elves (particularly arms without robes/sleeves)

Tbh, I don't think you can get more Chaosy than mutations. That commissar therefore is looking pretty grand!

TBH I think I'll just go with a few mutations for the grunts. so far all of them have cowls so that looks chaosy and I'll add some slaanesh tatoos

for the vets I'm using the pig iron heads and cadian models as they have nice uniforms (I cant imagine slaanesh vets wanting to wear what the catachans have lol)

I'm sure if I add more spikes and tubes then eventually I'll have the look that I want
