is there a way to play the legion of the dammed at all. i like the mdels but i feel like they are to overpriced for wat they can do

Well, look in the codex, compare them to the regular Space Marines, then ask yourself the question again.

They are expensive because they are very powerful but hard to use effectively.

ive had good experiences with legion they have won me the game b4 now because there tough to shift and hit hard with what they are given it takes practice with them know their capabilities

It's their invulnerable save that drives up the cost.

They are really fun to drop in a pod. Move and shoot heavy weapons. Blam Blam Blam. I find though that while they have a killer Invone they still die too fast.

Their survivability only goes up in the face of high AP weapons. Otherwise they're no more survivable than a normal Marine.

Going against a Redeemer they're probably the best untis to use. Going up against a squad of Hormagaunts, you're loosing 2 marine's worth of points for every marine that dies.

Not a fan myself. Especially with Stern Gaurd...

That is why i like them in the pod. Much easier to place them where they can do the most good and avoid the most death. In truth i have only run them in a few games. And never in a turny. But i dont see why you could not relay on them more.
