ive been startin catachans lately. I have a theme in mind "space pirates" taitors of emporer. stealing robbing and taking prisoners. But i need help for conversion ideas

Cool idea! Get your hands on some Empire militia, they have great priate bitz. There's one head there that you can use for all your officers.

Put the tips of lasguns or las pistols on the ends of their mustkets to make some classy looking weapons.

For vehicles things could get pretty cheesey, if that's what you want fine.

Personaly I would use lots of Valkyries/Vendettas and an artillery officer to simulate orbital bombardment.

You could also model artillery with radar dishes instead of cannons and say they're communication vehicles calling down orbital strikes rather than firing themselves.

Landspeeder storms as chimeras might also work, but cover up the sides to make them look more armored.

I was thinking of having my captain ( lord comissioner) to be half man half machine. terminator salvation haha. anyway I have no idea what i model i should use to start with.
