You don't have any templates, skirmishers, ranged. It's a very powerful fighting force, but if you're facing a bunch of war machines or ranged units, you could be in for a really rough time reaching them.

Having temple guard in a slann-less list is always a bad move; they simply cost too much for what they do without a Slann, and simply become overcosted Saurus. Drop that unit or trade in your oldblood for a Slann (on a side-note, your Revered Guardian is only able to take a single magic item worth up to 25pts).

You saurus are also quite blocky. I can see the appeal of large blocks, but they get horribly expensive. Maximum i'd field is 24 running 6x4 with spears, otherwise stick to 20 running 5x4 with HW/S.

You also want to drop the champion on the unit that doesn't have the BSB in it, and use the points to buy both units a musician; as a general rule, I only upgrade to a champion if I need to protect a model from a challenge, and I aim to have a standard bearer and a musician before considering upgrading anything.

If you want to stick with a carnosaur oldblood, then grab your BSB a little more protection; dump the magic standard (you aren't allowed to take magical items if you have one anyway) and grab armour of destiny and a shield. That way if he does have to fight, at least he'll have a solid 2+ armour save and a 4+ ward.

What are you aiming for with your skink priests? What are their purposes? They're going to be very out of place in saurus blocks (not to mention open to challenges) and too vulnerable outside. I'd invest in two units of skirmishers for them to hide in.

Your Oldblood doesn't seem optimal. Try Armour of Fortune instead of the Trickster's Helm, grab the Dawnstone and Sword of the Hornet/Swift Slaying (either will do, they're identical apart from the name) or Ogre Blade and a shield.

Armour of Fortune coupled with a shield gives you a solid 1+ save and a 5+ ward save, with the Dawnstone allowing you to re-roll that armour save. The weapon really comes down to preference. ASF sword allows you to strike either before or simultaneously with most things that could threaten you (namely other monsters or characters) but you do so at S5, although even quick strikes before you die could help if the carnosaur can finish them off; Ogre Blade gives you S7 but you will probably strike last against most enemy characters.

With any points left over, invest in some skinks, salamanders or a Stegadon or two; what would really hurt you is an artillery list, so buying some chameleon skinks to take care of them for you is top priority.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

"You need not fear us, unless you are a dark heart, a vile one who preys on the innocent; I promise, you can’t hide forever in the empty darkness, for we will hunt you down like the animals you are, and pull you into the very bowels of hell." Iron - Within Temptation
