Confused about the title? Horrified perhaps? Searching for my address as we speak so you may purge my heretical nonsense? Cool.

So, yeah, the picture below (Hope it works) is one I found a while back. They are Marines made out of Shoulderpads! A part of me really wants to build them, perhaps even make the Ultrasmurfs out of them! (Get it, Ultramarines? Short? Blue? No? )

So the problem I have is that since it's a side shot, I can't see the torso and am not sure what it is made out of! If anyone has any idea on what they might be or suggestions as to what they COULD be, I would be MOST happy. At the very least I can rest knowing I CAN make them. (Because Gork only knows that I get none of my side projects done! )

Hm, looks a tad short for that...but I guess it could work. Adds a bit more to the project than I really wanted. Eh...could work.

Shoulderpad egg...hmm. I found some shoulderpads I might be able to borrow from a friend. I'll see if I can whip up a sample and see how it looks.

MAN! That's a lot of shoudlerpads. XD
