Hi all. I am making a 1500 point eldar army list. What do you think?

HQ:

10 Wrathguard w/ warlock 375
10 Dire avengers 120
5 Pathfinders 120
5 Pathfinders 120

Fast Attack:
6 Swooping hawks, one is Exarch 138
6 Swooping hawks 126

Heavy Support:
Fire prism 115
Fire prism 115
Fire prism 115

You'll unfortunely have a lot of woe with this list, as it is missing a farseer to take it from fodder to painfully tough. Also, you wraithguard unti isn't legal since the warlock must have the spiritseer upgrade to count as a troop.

- Drop the Swooping hawks
- Take eldrad (put him in with the wraithguard).
- Upgrade the lock to a spiritseer, and give him conceal
- use the last 33 pts on exarch upgrade, more pathfinders, or stoens for the prisms.


If you have the models, play it a few times. If you don't have the models, don't waste your money on wraithguard.

Agreed it will work out alot better!

Warlock must be spiritseer for wraithguard to count as troops, as mentioned above. drop hawks, they're only useful if you now you are going to play against foot IG.

I think the avatar does not have any use here. His fearless bubble will only be of use to the DA. Wraithguard are already fearless...

YOU HAVE NO CC. Wraith gaurd arnt worth their points at this amount. Waist the points on somthing better like scorpions. You also have no transports which depreses me extremly. It needs alot of re structuring but it could still wind up good.

Ever heard of a shooty footdar list?

@OP: I admit you could (and should) have at least one CC unit to counter attack fast assault armies like DE. If you are running footdar, you will not be using transports obviously. In a footdar list, this helps because Eldar transports are extremely expensive. Personally, I would not take wraithguard at this point level.
