Hey everyone. I'm looking for a type of model or workable pieces to make a conversion out of: 25mm scale (40k), male with bare toned musculature, with as few accessories and knick-knacks as possible, like a barbarian.Plastic is preferable, but pewter would work. Imperial Guard Catachans were the first to come to mind, but their pants and vests are obstacles. I figured the Fantasy and other miniature ranges might have something better to start with. Any suggestions?

Reaper miniatures have sculpting maquettes for that scale.

It's a basic humanoid (think non-specific T-1000 shape) that you can add details to with the sculpting media of your choice.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

Thanks a lot chromedog. I looked up the blank model as soon as I saw your post, and it looks great for my project. Bonus too, cause I found a few other pieces that look perfect. Now I just need to find some "Don't-Screw-This-Up" juice to compensate for my crappy hobby skills. Lol.
