After reading the conversion tutorial for Sprue-based Power Klaws, I decided to try my own. Currently I carved these pieces from leftover sprues.

I'm trying out different techniques and sections of sprue, to see which one I can get closest to the one used by the Ork Warboss in AoBR. I'll post more WIP pics as I go.

Since no one posted, I'll post an update:

The power Klaw is done and glued onto an AoBR nob. Note that the sprues I used all came from the AoBR set. If anyone wants a tutorial done, I have to make 3 more, so I can post one with more in-depth WIP.

I'll take some pics when I make the next klaw. This one really was just an experiment to see if I could do it. This one was done "AoBR Boss" style and it really was a pain. I'm going to attempt one (still based entirely off of sprues) in the style of Ghazghkull's klaw for the next.

Currently playing around with the Ghazghkull design power klaw. Hands are still a bit sore from carving the first one, so I probably wont have WIP pics for a while. The main problem with a Ghazzy style klaw is that the housing I made initially is rather tiny and wouldnt fit the claws without me carving out a few plasticard plates.
