Subject: Witch Hunters' Techsisters

After playing a game versus an elder player running 3 Wraithlords, it has come to my attention that the Witchhunters are missing a unit that is both classified as Adepta Sororitas and capable of handling enemy units in close combat that have a weapon skill and toughness 6 and up or armor 12 and up (Note: It is understood that Penitent Engines or Sister Repentia can fill this niche, but like many Witch Hunter players my intention was to designed a list around an all Adepta Sororitas army). My primary inspiration in designing this unit are the rumors surrounding the Deamonhunters' Dreadknights.
0-1 Techsister
Fluff: The premise behind the Techsister is that they are a small group of Battle Sisters who have been trained on Mars to gain the same skills as Techmarines. The intent of this training was to create Sisters capable of supporting the in combat demands of Witchhunter's Armour. Unfortunately, the Servo-harness that had served Space Marine Techmarines was to heavy and unwieldy to be carried into battle by a Sister. To overcome this issue an exo-skeleton (I'm thinking that the model should have the appearance of an over sized terminator with a servo-harness) was devised to help the Sister mount and use a servo-harness in battle. The suit was more powerful than what was needed to support a traditional servo-harness, so it was eventually upgraded to to have better servo-arms, plasma cutter, and flamer.
Pts WS BS S T W I A Ld Sv
Techsister 95 3 5 6 6 3 4 3 9 2+
Number/squad: 1-3 Techsisters
Wargear: Artificer Armour, *Servo-harness, Bolter
*Servo-harness - Although the servo-harness resembles and functions much in the same way as the ones carried by Techmarines, the Techsister's servo-harness is directly integrated into the the armour and hardwired into Battle Sister. The servo-harness comes with a twin-linked plasma gun, heavy flamer, and two powerful servo-arms. Because of the enlarged size of the servo-arms the Techsister is treated as a Monstrous Creature that will use the servo-arms to make all melee attacks. The effects of the servo-arms are accounted for in the profile (i.e. strength is doubled and number of attacks increased to account for having two melee weapons).
Special Rules: Adepta Sororitas (adds one faith point), Monstrouos Creature, ** Independent Character, Blessing of the Omnissiah (works the exactly the same as for Space Marines)
** Independent Character - Although up to 3 Techsisters can be purchased under one Elite slot, they are treated as Independent Characters and there for they can deploy seperatly and join other units (each Techsister in the unit will count as its own kill point in an Annihilation match).
Options: Upgrade Bolter to Storm Bolter +5pts, Flamer +6 pts, or Meltagun +10
May take Rosarius +25 pts, Frag grenades +1 pts, Krac grenades +3 pts, Meltabomb +5 pts, Book of St. Lucius +5 pts

Sisters of Battle have no "Techsisters". They have their connections with the Mechanicum and Ministorium.
Also, why Toughness 5? Even Space Marine Techmarines have T4.

Technically speaking Sisters of Battle have only seven exclusive units (heroine, celestian, repentia, bss, seraphim, dominion, retributor) and two exclusive vehicles (immolator and exorcist, assuming you count immolator as it's just a razorback), less than one third of what a fifth edition codex should have. Objecting to adding more units to the Sisters of Battle line when someone wants to expand said line by saying it doesn't exist in the current canon is irrelevant-- the current canon is sucky and limited, so unless they just shelve Sisters GW is going to update and massively expand the canon and unit list of the Sisterhood when they get their fifth edition codex. Even if they merely increase the number of units to twenty and then focus on ecclesairchy units for the last ten, that's still more than doubling the number of unique Sisters units.
BUt I certainly agree on the T5 part. All Sisters should be T3.

No I didn't. It's not available without forgeworld. If you want to include that, Sisters are even MORE outnumbered in pure number of units than the other factions.
