In the Wasteland

I'd drop the medic. They are in the Chimera most of the time, they don't need Feel No Pain. Also, you're running a mech list, why do you have a footslogging platoon? Or have you just forgotten to write 'Chimera' behind it? I'd drop the platoon in favor of another chimera mounted veteran squad. And I'd also drop at least one leman russ for another Chimera mounted veteran squad. Now, you have three unite speeding in chimeras, with your bulk of the force, the platoon, just lugging around. I'd suggest you go ahead anc change there.

You seem to have proven my point that the medic is useless in a mech list. That's 30 pts you can spend elsewhere. That's 2 more plasma guns for example.

I'd say drop the LR heavy bolters, Grenadier doctrine from both melta vet squads and the heavy bolters from the vendetta (you will be wasting shots anyway since you'll be shooting at vehicles). That should give you enough points for another missile launcher squad.
