Putting 1450 points into two units that can't score is very, very foolish. Split the Vanguard up into Assault Marines, with maybe a small single unit of Vanguard if you really want to. Give the Scouts Locator Beacons if you want more accurate DS landings. And you also lack anything which can reliably take out AV14, which you should expect at least one example of in a 2K game. Keep the small unit of Vanguard with Jump Packs and Melta Bombs for 180pts.

Honestly, your super expensive guys will not live for long after they DS without any range AT.
You are also completely screwed versus horde.

How about instead of a captain you drop one of the scout squads and get Dante? Then you've got scoring Sanguinary Guard. Then find a way to split it into 3 Vanguard squads if you really think you're gonna be competitive about it.

By the way, Sanguinary Guard are not first company.
