I ordered $200 worth of stuff from his website the 8th of Feb. I still havent had any other contact with him besides the automatic billing email. I have sent two emails to him with no response and I am no getting undeliverable messages from his email address. I have bought from him before with no problems but now I am starting to get a little worried. Does anyone have an alternate contact for him besides the addresses on his website?

He hangs out a bit on the news threads in the chest of colors forums... the best way to call to his attention is PM him there If he doesnt reply enter the forum go to news threads and in the scibor thread ( the only thread he seems to be active) post your complain...

If you have ordered from Poland before, you should be aware that overseas shipping takes longer than 13 days. It sometimes takes that long from Poland to Germany, the neighboring state. So why the panic?

Also keep in mind that Scibor is a small one man garage company who may not have all those items in stock so that they might have to be cast. So a little bit patience and confidence should be applied.

Other people in my Scibor thread said 3 weeks (and they were US customers also.) There' are also 3 people in this thread now, seems like a pattern perhaps. Poland? Wow, that is pretty far.

All ebay orders from USA to Europe take about 2 weeks. That's the pattern.
And Polish (and Russian and British) postal service is slower than normal.

Edit: In your thread we said 2-3 weeks to USA: Writing 2-3 complain emails before day 13 is what led me to the "Don't panic" answer.

Ive ordered from scibor before, and Im in the US...you can count on a couple weeks or so. Like it has been mentioned hes a very small operation in a distant country...things will take a while.

8th of February order, you've got several more weeks before you need to worry. I've ordered several times from them and have yet to have a problem...I also have yet to have less than a 5 week wait.

Yep I have ordered from him before but his system has changed since then and I had no idea at all that he had even recieved the payment. I was trying to double check if I had sent the payment to the correct paypal address and that he had seen the order. Like I said it was $200 order and I wanted a little reassurance that things were all as they should be.

I did get in contact with him now and have a tracking number. His site really does need an automated way of telling you that your order is recieved as well as payment. Scibor is not just a one man opperation. I know he has a few helpers from following his site.

The WarStore.com just received a very large Scibor order. Being Scibor is a small company maybe they put there other orders on hold to fill the order for TWS. In the past I have made several orders with Scibor and they usually take no more than a month. But with the quality of their beautiful models, its worth the wait.

Doesn't Scibor also have the problem that the Shopping Cart is not directly linked to his orders?

Ie. You purchase and pay, but then need to email the items, pricing and description to him.

They are not connected electronically?

I recently was searching on EBay and found that a company called "The Players Cove" sells Scibor stuff.

Anyone had experience with them? I think they're in the US.

I picked mine up today at the PO, and it was in good condition, everything I ordered, as ordered and I even got a freebie! I got a dwarf valentine thingy with a dead goblin cupid on it! ? Weird, cute, not really my style, but cool! and a really nice extra!

About 3 weeks. Happy customer!

Due to ridiculous postage from POL to AUS I have decided to support my LFGS who can stock this stuff... even though this LFGS is 3000klm away in Sydney... his prices are comparable to buying from the site and not paying postage.
