First of all you can't give the bodyguards iridium armour...its special issue...
Second make the bodyguards norrmal crisis suits and split them in 2 teams.
And third give your comander a targeting array and hardwire the multi tracker. Also make him a shas'el.
For the firewarriors I would drop the shas'ui and get a normal firewarrior.
The tank could be a warfish with all the points left now wich would help you a bit. Seeker missiles are not worth it IMO.
Hope that helps

Need to get Multi trackers for your battle suites. the MP/PR is the best option also what spare have you got if you don't wish to use proxies? - also would be better to get some shield drones to take the instant death hits.
for the fish get disruption pods its the best upgrade

iridium Armour get a multi-tracker so he can fire both weapons in the same turn. Also bring him down to a Shas'el.
2 Bodyguards
(with)
plasma rifles
missile pods
shield generators
iridium Armour bodyguards are overpriced, especially at this points level. Drop the shield generators, and armor, and get them multi-trackers.
TROOPS
Fire warriors (10)
(with)
emp's
proton's
Shas'ui
(with)
markerlight get rid of the grenades. Emp are good but overpriced. Proton grenades only help your opponent. Give this unit a bonding knife. Don't bring the markerlight. Its not worth it.
Transport: Devilfish
(with)
decoy launcher
seeker missiles
multi-tracker This should be a warfish (Targetting array, Multi-tracker, Target Lock, Smart Missile Launcher, Disruption pod). Decoy launchers are ok, but not really worth it. Seeker missiles can only be fired with markerlight hits, and you have a single markerlight in this list. These missile would never get launched with that.
Kroot(11)
(with)
sharper
6+ save
pulse rifle The shaper isn't worth it at this points level. Instead get some hounds, they are great. The 6+ saves are not worth it.
FAST ATTACK
attack drones drone squadrons are pretty terrible. But if you don't have anything else, they can be good for annoying your opponent. You can deep strike them in, or charge into weakened/weak units, and hope for the best.

I have never played dark eldar, but according to what I hear, missile pods/railguns combined with markerlights are absolutely killer. I would suggest this list (but remember, I've never played them.)
Shas'el (TL MP/Flamer) - 72 Pts.
Crisis Battlesuit Team (3 w/ TL MP/Flamer) - 141 Pts.
Crisis Battlesuit Team (3 w/ TL MP/Flamer) - 141 Pts.
Fire Warrior Team (6) - 60 Pts.
Kroot (10) - 70 Pts.
Kroot (10) - 70 Pts.
Pathfinder Team (6) - 72
w/ Warfish - 120
748 Pts. I believe...
...and 7 Missile Pods to be reckoned with... and markerlights to get rid of all the pesky cover saves... Mwahahaaa

If we're tailoring toward DE, i'm not sure Kroot are the way to go. The majority of DE will be mechanised, where i'd prefer fire warriors. Pathfinders boosting them to BS5 vs AV10 Raiders can leave them stranded quickly, especially since we have greater range than the average standard weapons.
I'd look to have a hammerhead in there somewhere; submunition templates are juicy against DE if you can remove their cover saves. Use your crisis suits/fire warriors to down the transports, and your hammerhead to smash the remnants.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.
