Subject: New Eldar and Necron Codices?

I recently heard a rumour that there was going to be a new Eldar codex in the summer, and a new Necron one around Christmas. Does anyone now if there was any truth to these, or if they were just a guess?

It takes around 6 months for GW to release something, so don't get your hopes up. Rumor has it that Necrons might see an autumn release.

Unless by eldar, you mean dark eldar models, and by necrons, you mean tomb kings, then unlikely

I've heard no rumours for Eldar putting them as being released this year, 2012's a possibility.
There is however quite strong talk of Necrons around October IIRC (Halloween/Coincidence?) on the other hand, so it wouldn't surprise me if they were the next 40K race getting an update.

The only rumours I have heard is the necons coming around oct/nov time, however I read something recently this may be delayed until next year. The best thing to do is sign up to gw newsletter and you will get official news through them and take everything else as hear say

GKs were delayed for the release of more DE items. I've heard nothing of Necrons being delayed (although to be fair, apart from the halloween thing, there's nothing to indicate Necrons being released at all).

There's been speculation about Necrons, and last year Stickmonkey claimed to see models for them, or at least sketches. I don't really trust what he says though.
There's been no word whatsoever on Eldar.
