Well welcome to WHFB I am in the middle of that transition as well. So believe me I understand admiring OnceBittens battle reports. Just a couple of things I think should be mentioned for you.

You have the lord buying two lances. I am not sure if you spent the points on it, but you have the lance twice.
You might want to consider some form of protection for the prophetess in the form of a better ward save then just the blessing.
Your BSB is what really needs to be looked at. Are you planning on not using the blessing of the lady at the beginning of your game? Because that gives you a free 6+ ward save and a 5++ save against things strength 5 and higher. So he really does not need either of those. The other things is that your BSB cannot use mundane shields. So your only choice for a shield on him is to give him the enchanted shield. I run my BSB as Gromil and enchanted shield.

Other then that really its going to come down to you deciding how you want to play the rest of your core. I might consider not using standards in bowmen unit. As for you units of M@A that going to come from experience on how many you think you should field. I am following OnceBittens method and using only one large block to use a tarpit to set up counter charges. It's just something to consider, if you dropped one M@A unit then you could get something like a lvl 2 damsel and another trebuchet or even a unit of Knight Errant.

Like I said it's going to come down to how you feel about it after you play it a few time. More than 40k I have found most WHFB armies to be unique and played to the specific owners preference rather than seeing mostly the same 40k armies over and over again. I wish you good luck.
