CCS is ok but ditch the plasma pistol as you don't want your Commander taking a wound.

PCS are best with flamers as they're BS3 like normal Guardsmen.

Not sure what your infantry squads are meant to be doing because if you're coming forward to use the flamers you'll never get into range and will die. If you're waiting for someone to assault you that's a better idea but when you're waiting take some autocannons to get long range shots in.

Vehicles come in pairs so double Vendettas for target saturation and redundancy.

Good choice of heavy support I like all three, though don't put the Russes in squadrons and they don't need lascannons either.

well the reason I put the russes in the squadron is for the extra heavy support choice, the fact that they can shoot through each other, and crew stunned counts as crew shaken.

also I may be facing tau OR orks... haha, so this is just a generic list..

Indeed it does but immobilised counts as wrecked....
