I just played the Dragon age 2 demo and played a mage using creation magic ( for those that haven't played its healing and support spells). I want to play a similar character in a DND 3.5 campign I'm in but not sure how to make it. I still want the arcane spell style but most of the healing and mass support spells are in divine territory. So dose anyone have an Idea on how to make a white mage pretty much?
some links for creation magic:

Thanks in advance.

A cleric is most likely your best bet. They have access to healing magic and buffs. But, they only do divine magic and not arcane.

If you want a mix of arcane and divine casting, try out the Mystic Theurge prestige class from the DM guide (3.5 only).

You screw yourself early on as you need to split levels between Mage and Cleric, but then it gets rather powerful. Its generally seen as good, but not broken.

Probably work

I agree, cleric sounds like the way to go for support spells.

If I remember correctly (it's been years) I think Ebberon has cleric spells for a Creation Domain. Might have a look at that and see if your DM would vet it in to his game.

Ok, I would multi-class then cause if I do take cleric and mage I still can't wear armor so I keep with the look as well, Thanks.

You could also try a Bard. They have healing and buffs in their magic lists.

You won't be as powerful a caster as a Wizard/Sorcerer/Cleric. But, you do get some handy group buffs.

Dragon Shaman is a little off from what you're looking for but it's easily my favorite class ever. It's in PHB II. Basically pick a dragon type, and you get auras you can change for free that give extra damage, free healing, energy resistance, skill buffs or other stuff. Everyone stays at half HP for free with only one in the party. You also get "super powers" based on the dragon you choose like spider climb, water breathing, feather fall and stuff like that, plus you get real armor and simple weapons. Ooh, and eventually a breath weapon at lvl 4and wings at 19!

Deny my badassery!
