I recently received some space wolves, and was thinking about running them as a renegade or 13th legion of the chapter. Here are some concept pics that i made on the B&C:

or

I know that the grey one would be the more obvious choice but i also like the red one C&C please.

personally I favor the first one.

Edmondblack: There's something about some str10, AP2 blast weaponry which says "i love you" in that very special way.

I prefer the second one if you're going to do the 13th company

If you're doing the 13th company, by fluff they'd have a Heresy-era SW pattern, with various chaos parts mixed in.

I like the idea of pre-heresy spikey space wolves... that would look really cool.

My idea with this is to represent a newer addition to the 13th, in the codex it says that the 13th come to represent all great companies in the history of the space wolves that have been destroyed in battle, lost on campaign or have recounted their oaths. My idea was to create a 13th legion trying to cleanse them selves of the taint of the former wolf lord who recanted his oaths and win some favor and become a great company again within the space wolves. thats why they would not ware a great company symbol on their pauldron.
