Hey there dakka,

Long story short, my Guardsmen are the Wargames Factory greatcoats, and are designed to look alot like Helghans. I was thinking of adding conscripts to my guard army, and had the idea of using some sort of inexpensive zombie type model. Fluffwise, this would basically be the people who have succumbed to the atmosphere of the regiments home planet, and so the radiation/chemicals/cool fluffy plot hook has begun to eat at the skin and major organs of the person... So naturally, the powers that be herd them all into conscript platoons/squads to be herded to the nearest warzone to die with honor...

Anyone know of any decent models, that are either easy to convert or have weapons in hand?

Mantic Games has by far the Best Zombies. They beat Wargames Factory by a longshot

Or buy Mantic games Ghouls and they could be runners.

These zombies I highly recommend. They are by far the best. You get great quality and quantity for a cheap price.

The Wargames Factory Zombies look like they sculpted them out of playdo! You will be most definitely disappointed if you get Wargames Factory Zombies.
Their quantity doesn't make up the terrible quality they come in.
