Does the Sang Priest 6' bubble effect work the same as a KFF if they are embarked in a Vehicle? Basically I was thinking about putting one in a land raider. Let me know your thoughts.

Yes.

It works in exactly the same as every other ability where you need to measure from a unit embarked in a vehicle

(Not getting into whether you can measure to a model inside a vehicle when you're only given permission to measure to the unit, however you can argue that every mdoel is congruent with the hull as you can measure to the unit entire to the hull)
