I may be starting a tomb kings army, and I would like to know the best way to run them. Can anoyone give some feedback on good ways to run them?

In all honesty I would wait a couple of months before starting them since they're due for a re-release. With the current book however, I've had great success exploiting the new rules surrounding missile units and that fact TK's ignore modifiers to hit. Massed ranks of Skeleton archers with Volley is quite something!

Yea I do want to go shooting heavy. My idea so far is heavy shooting, have crap pop outa the ground behind them, while using SS catipults to try and make them run. So far this is my idea. So I am glad it has worked for you.
Also any idea on what models they are soming out with and what models they are doing away with?

New core troops for sure, and then must be some new chariots. And of course this epic sphynx

So new core models, or just choices in general. Also will the ss catipult still be the same and will there still be tomb scorpions?

They tend not to entirely remove models - the last time I recall this in either system was the Chasos 40k 4th ed codex
Anythingf you buy now is unlikely to get a new model, apart from TG, Giant and possibly the scorpion

The initial blurb that they posted suggested that the core units would not be getting an upgrade. So same models for warriors, cavalry, and - I think - chariots.
I personally run a fairly shooting heavy mix to take advantage of their ability to always hit on 5+ regardless of modifiers. I usually take a block of warriors in the center, with two "wings" of archers slightly behind on each side. As we march forward, I use the archers to soften up whatever the warriors are going to get locked in on. If you running against high toughness units, I would highly recommend taking Khalida, as the poison attacks on your archers make up for your relatively weak attack strength.
Chariots are fantastic as well - one or two units of five can really turn the game for you. I would also recommend (assuming it is in the new army book) the Standard of the Cursing Word for your chariots. That one banner alone has killed as many models as my infantry.
I'm still struggling with my cavalry, both light and heavy. I think I'm going to break down and put a liche priest on a horse and stick him in one of those units. Otherwise, they just get out of range and I can't give them the extra attacks or movement they need.
Side note: Being the attacker on a Watchtower pitched battle is hilarious. I just slaughtered the garrisoning troops from behind cover with poisoned archers and waltzed in and took it with my skeletons. No muss, no fuss.
