Hey, I've been failing most of my 3+ saves and 3+ to hit rolls recently, and, as a SM player, it sucks, especially when my friend charges with Termies. Any advice to rolling better?

Get lucky?
I mean i have my own way of rolling which seems to work... not sure if it does anything but that's how i roll (bad pun i know)

I would suggest buying weighted or loaded dice.

I wouldn't suggest that but if you want to cheat that would be the way to go...

Im the best at failing 2+ termie saves

for some reason i can roll 3 dices and come up with 2 1s and 1 3 or something much to often for my comfort

I've got a few suggestions, try them out and see what works for you.

1) Make sure your dice don't hate you. Compliment their bright colors, give them massages, buy them flowers.

2) Rule your dice with an iron fist! Make them fear your wrath! When one of them rolls badly, take a hammer and smash it to pieces while you force the other dice to watch!

3) Appease the dice gods. Take one of your minis and set it on fire. Be sure to use a well-painted one, as a poor quality sacrifice only angers the gods further. Also, make sure to praise the dice gods constantly throughout the day.

4) Outside of a game, roll all your dice. Take any that come up "1" and roll them again. Repeat this with the ones that come up "1" again. Take the ones that came up "1" 3 times in a row and carefully put them in a container tight enough that they can't roll on their own. These dice are due for a good roll, so use them the next time you really need to get a good roll.

As humorous (spelling? oh well) as that was, I wouldn't set one of my Minis on fire (ESPECIALLY not the best painted ones) if even the God-Emperor himsef commanded it, I'd rather be set on fire

Try sacrificing a few goats. That always makes dice roll better.

Buy new dice. Sacrifice your old dice in front of your new dice.

Teach them the meaning of loyalty.

Do I burn, stab, or drown the dice?

Crush the small ones first, show that you have no mercy even for the little 'uns.

Sacrifice your opponent; suddenly your rolls get amazingly good:

"Looks like you rolled 5 1s for your terminator saves, bad luck..."
"Yeah, you see that blood-covered slab over there? You're next."
"...It seems I was wrong; there are actually 5 6s...."
"You're damn right there are."
