Is it possible to replace a Chaplain's Crozuis Arcanum? For instance, to give him two lightning claws.

no.

It was in 4th, and 3rd editions; but the option simply does not exist in 5th.

You can however give the Digital Weapons; And if you charge you re-roll to hits; so you still get re-roll all missed to hits, and 1 to wound.

This is my Rulebook. There are many Like it, but this one is mine. Without me, my rulebook is useless. Without my rulebook, I am useless.

I would also argue that even if you could, it would not be worth it.

Totally not worth it as you would be giving up a free Power weapon in order to buy a Power weapon(with a slight benefit).

BT Chaplains can still buy a Pair of Lightning claws, but they also still keep the Crozius and Bolt pistol; and arguments ensue about gaining 2-weapon bonuses, etc.(5th edition has no sweeping armory rules explaining that you exchange weapons when purchasing from the armory as 3rd and 4th did; since it is doing away with armories in general).

Not to mention the difficulty in finding a pair of none terminator LC.

Metal Veterans Blister, converted from SM commander Box, SW-wolf pack(although those are technically "wolf Claws"), Converted from a few Chaos marine kits; I could go on.

... Maybe I should get a Life, my head is far too full of 40k rules and bitz-listings

I should have prefaced my previous statement with the phrase “cheep and readily accessible.”

My original question was concerning BT chaplains, so this answers my question. (probably shoud have stated that =P )
Thanks for all the feedback!

Well prepare for arguments if you do decide to do this then(or go with the path of least resistance and just never give yourself the 2-weapon bonus); The CC rules do not allow for more than 2 weapons, being equipped with 2(possibly more, the rules are not clear on how to deal with having more than 2) different Special CCW dictate that you must choose which 1 to use and that you will not ever get the 2ccw bonus; but they also state when using the 2 weapons you are equipped with in the same sentence(many claim they are not using[ the 2 different, they are using the pair, or the Crozius+BP, as the sentence says which you are using, even though it also says if you are equipped with).

I'm missing the obvious. Some model arrives at the battlefield with bristling with all manner of one handed weapons. Come time to fight, choose two weapons to be used and work it out from there.

Where's the controversy?

kmdl1066, the answer to your question lies below.

O.P. Black Templars can still do it I believe. (though it really is not worth it)

Had a quick look at the thread.

Seems that people complain that pg. 42 only talks about having two ccw so we have no idea what to do if a model has more than two ccw.

But for ranged weapons we are told that a model "can only fire a single weapon," and yet nobody is confused about what to do when a model is armed with more than a single ranged weapon.

However it looks like the argument has been done to death many times already without anyone ever changing their mind, so it's pointless to do it again.
