First off, I like the idea. I haven't really tried the wagon for the lootas thing so its hard for me to say if its a good idea or not. With that said, let me go down through the list and note some changes that I would make.
Give the Warboss a PK. He has more attacks and they really need to be PK attacks. On the charge, those 5 attacks alone are going to ignore armor saves and just krump whatever your going against. You can drop a Klaw from the Nobz squads to give to the warboss. For the same points cost your getting extra PK attacks at a higher strength.
The Nobz squad is completely awesome, but at 10 man strong its a bit overkill. I to love insanely strong units, but at this points level your going to be going against a ton of high strength weapons that can take out at least 1 of your wagons before you reach the lines. With all those nobz, that wagon is going to be priority and if it does get popped early on, you just lost a TON of points. I would consider splitting them up into 2 groups and getting another wagon for them.
Lootas are awesome but your spending a lot of points on the wagon that they are sitting in. Like i said above i have never run this, but you could drop that wagon and almost get a whole other squad of lootas. Stick them in cover and your golden. Not to mention you have enough high threat targets that your lootas shouldn't see to much fire and if they do, your wagons and everything else isn't getting shot up. Its a win win situation. I would drop the wagon and either give it to the Nobz squad if you choose to break them up, or get another loota squad.
Koptas look good, I would suggest dropping 3 of them to save points and just run 3 single units of koptas. they will still get the job done of harassing units, but you wont be spending a ton of points on them that could be spent somewhere else ----> Nobz, Lootas <-----
Once again this is my 2 cents. I may just have a different angle than you, so run what you wish. Hope my advice could help in some way.
