Hey guys (n gals) just finished painting up a BT Predator and wanted some C and C on it, apologies for the bad pics my camera is naff! the red on the lascannons actually go from a dark - light red but dont think that shows.

I also HATE skull white now from painting this tank are there any other brands that have better coverage without having to do millions of thin coats of the stuff ?! i layered up (from black - grey - light grey - white) but still didnt help much, but think its come out all right in end?

Anyhow rant over about the white thanks in advance for any feedback!!

The white looks pretty good in your shots actually and I like the weathering along the the track guards. Clean and crisp to my eye at least.

As for painting white... as I understand it, you'll always end up doing thin coats of it over light colours in order to get good coverage, regardless of brand, unless you use spraypaint...

I don;t have any criticism. in my eyes I don't think there are any ways you could improve it.

Unfortunately with GW Skull White, thin layers is the way to go, i use a layer of astronomican grey and then layer up with thin layers of skull white. I think your BT Predator looks really well!

nice looking pred,i you use masking tape to cover most of the tank then white primer/spray could be a time saver for you.

I wish my painting skills were up to par as yours.
