I looked through the Vallejo DVD and Mig is using an empty pill blister (with no foil backing) as a disposable palette. I could see this being really handy for some applications.

I've been googling for almost an hour now without any luck finding any place that sells these (apart from distributors). There surely must be someone on here who knows of a place to get these?

Please help med Dakka Dakka, you're my only hope! :princessleiaork:

Buy some tablets/vitamins that come with them, dispose of tablets/vitamins = result.

Alternatively try a pharmacy/chemist they often sell, weekly/daily/monthly bill boxes that might be a similar enough.

Also sweet stores, for things like gobstoppers/cheweing sweets etc.

I've done what Popsicle has suggested. The plastic palettes are cheap enough and can be reused over and over. Just don't pop 'em in the diswasher or microwave.

I was thinking that these must come in packs of 100 or so, for pennies each. Plastic palettes take up way too much space and are expensive enough to warrant cleaning. Currently I'm using a palette like in the link, but with aluminum foil over it (disposable).

Blisters looks like the perfect throw away palette (if they're not super expensive) coupled with having depressions deep enough to keep alcohol/turps-based paint where I put it.
