I am looking for custom gauss rods for necrons and am aware you can get them from plastruct but was wondering if there were any sites that sold them pre cut or the custom monolith parts as a green monolith with eg blue necron gauss would look slowed.

Something you can do is do several ink coats on current green ones, works pretty well and less hassle.
