I created a reaver titan based on a free robosapien. This was a great as it was my first titan. Now I've got a fever for more D strength, so Ive decided to upgrade my reaver to a warlord.

Its day two of the build and Its time too show what i got done yesterday

A very promising start, the face and feet look a little rounded for an imperial titan but that is easily fixed. Are you sticking with the camo pattern or changing it to a grey or another industrial colour?

The new feet to be used on the warlord. Didn't get a chance to work on much other than the feet. Tomorrow the feet should be installed as well as the carapace weapons.

The feet are on but still alot of work to go. Also got the carapace weapons installed. The next step is to plasticard the feet to blend with the rest of the model.

Started getting some detail put on the carapace. Still need a lot of work on the feet. On a side note Ive decided to replace the head for something a little sharper still not 100 percent on the final outlook but should have it by next week.

This is going to be the new head for Mr. T. Just have to find a way to harden the paper for painting.

Please tell me it will still walk!

Unfortunately i had to immobilize most of the joints due to it being so top heavy.

The head is pretty much finished just have to harden it with mod podge then its time to start sanding the body.

Its not a good day for the titan. Got the head installed and decided "hey why not prime this guy". Horrible idea. Ive now got to go back and fix all these problems areas. Looks like its time to buy a dremmel.

Its been awhile since Ive had a chance to work on anything. But progress has been made thanks to dremel for the help on that one. Oh and try to ignore the background of the last pick that's a secret.

Its made quite a bit of progress over the weeks, looking good. But what is that in the back ground of the last pic? Could that be another titan being built? What could that..... why yes, i do think your planning on building an Emperor Titan! You are now my BFF if its true!

Its been a week or so sense my last update so here it goes.


After putting the base paint scheme for my army i started with the weapons.


The carapace weapons will be getting the star trek look with a classic nacelle paint scheme.


The face is about were i want it to be. The gold teeth fit in well with the titans name (Mr. T). I might make some changes to the nose still up in the air on that one.


Lastly there is the plasma weapon. This is the first time Ive ever tried to do lightning effects and kind of interested how it looks to others. I hope i can darken the purple a little as its still pretty bright.

That's just...Awesome!

I felt it was time to take a break form Mr. T as i finally got some of the bits i need to start on his big brother. So this will be King Cheese with two Fates Tor towers for feet. Hopefully i will have this one done by august.



And for some size comparison.

Its been to long since the last time i got to work on my projects. Hopefully ill get a chance to work on my imperator this week. But in the mean time i have an Apocalypse game this Saturday. Its going to be a penny a point and Ive got 8500 points of tanks ready for the game. Since my last post Ive been working on some hydra conversions. Here are some pics of my progress. Hopefully ill have pics of the first completed leg of the imperator next weekend.


The guns are made from polystyrene tubes i believe it was 3/8th in and 3/32nd in diameter tubes.


The shield on the back was from the Fate's Tor Tower set and the rest of the accents are from various tank kits.

I know it has been awhile sense my last post but had a little one arrive. I've finally gotten some free time to work on projects. I leave this June for my new job and am planning to have one last apocalypse game with an imperator as the headliner. Will have some pics up tomorrow on some of the design elements. I've decided to go with a lucious pattern imperator from the epic 40k game.

Ok so here are the photos of the foot connected to the base. Also of the top hat resting on the titan. Im going to start with the top hat as it will take a lot of work to foam baord it.

If you are gonna really build it, put a little life into it. That epic one at least has some movement. I can't stand when they are just standing straight up.

With the smaller titans its fine with poses. Unfortunately with the weight of this thing coupled with how tall it is makes it very difficult to pose walking. Then of course you throw in my current skill level and the only option is for a standing titan. Hopefully i can pull this off. If not ill try a warhound or reaver which should give me more practice before trying again.

Hello again got some more work done on the carapace today hopefully will be covered by the end of the weekend so i can start mounting the weapons. Also found some Nerf guns to use for the vengeance cannons instead of PVC tube. (yeah after Christmas sales.)
