THE PLAN hopefully rune lord will shut down magic phase with all but top winds of magic roll. cannons target monsters or other warmachines while throwers deal with units. depending on opponent either infantry sit back and deal with any charges or advance in blocks straight down the throat of the enemy. most games i've played i normally keep one unit of warriors on either flank to protect warmachines. otherwise depending on mission i go for a refused flank with all my army in one corner.

Seems good, but I would swap one of the units of warriors with GW to warriors with shields... For the simple fact that as your army stands now it will really eat opposing troops, but it could be beaten very easily (considering dwarf standards) as well. upgrading one unit to a unit of longbeards might be a good idea as well, but it is a matter of points.

Dwarfs are immensely strong and resilient, broad of shoulder, wide in the girth, with big hands and broad feet. As well as being physically robust they are also mentally tough. And then there are slayers...
