My question, if an independent character is traveling by itself, or with a unit (don't think it should matter), while in transport (in one case that is, and one case that is not, open topped), can that character use orbital bombardment? I know librarians can use their psych powers, even if the vehicle is not open topped (or so I read on this forum), and was wondering if the orbital bombardment was the same, if it was limited to open-topped vehicles, or limited to foot slogging. Only if you can use a Fire Point, as the OB counts as firing a weapon. Even then, you cannot use it if the vehicle moved. So that's a yes for Rhinos and Razorbacks, no for Land Raiders.

Except Razorbacks don't have firepoints either. So really only a Rhino would work.

Nope, there's a great big weapon RIGHT over the top of your firing hatch. I'm surprised you missed it...

But they have that little hatch! lol! (always assumed they could either fire weapon or use hatch, course I dont have a razorback [slap the back of my hand, I know, I know] so never read up on exact rules, and dont have either the dex or the BRB this weekend).

ya the have no firepoints, be a little op if you could have the strong weapon + firepoints for that cheap. People would probably spam them even more then now!
