Feel free to lock this but a friend said he had got a hold of a prerelease copy of the Grey Knights codex. I only had a brief moment to question him but he appeared to have decent Knowledge. Can anyone substatiante this Leak. It definately exists but is it a hoax/fandex or the real deal?
Infringing copyright is wrong and i warned my friend of this, i do not in anyway condone the leaking of GW copyrighted material and have not done so myself. Dakka Dakka does not sponsor or condone this thread in anyway.

This would be more plausible if the word "definitely" was spelled correctly. There's no "a" in definitely. Finite is the root word of definite, definitely, infinite, infinity, etc. No "a" anywhere in all that. At this point, does a leaked book really have much relevance? The first Saturday in April isn't far away and the commercial copy of the book will be available then. This close to final release it's hardly a leak at all.

There's been indeed been a leak. Rumours have it that it was a leak from inside the GW studio by a junior employee, who made a photocopy of an early layout proof, and that he's been held responsible.
Some other rumours say the leaked document originates from 2009. At the very least, some rules have been changed in the final version.

And some rumors say that if you listen closely on a moonless night you can hear the voice of the terminated employee whispering softly in the wind, "can I have a do-over?"

Junior employee? That puts me to mind of some kid who doesnt care about losing the job, as he will live it up online being "the guy who leaked the GK codex".
Besides...being only a few weeks away from the release and all we have is those blurry pics...someone has to give the people something...
Sure, you can tell they botched the dreadknight, but Im still interested in seeing the GKT and SCs. Maybe GW will come up with something Ill want to spend money on.
