The USCR is done! Unlike my CCC I didn't paint the models individually, settling instead for squad-painting them all at once.

My home-made bases were augmented with some army-painter grass tufts.

They were fun and quick to paint up. I may go back later and add some battle damage or other details, but they're ready to play with.

So there's the team finished. That means my CCC and USCR teams are done. I'm thinking FCC will be next, as the other local MERCs player has settled on Kemvar, so I'll likley do them last.

Nice set of figures.

I'm not a fan of the giant sledgehammer TBH, but the other factions don't have them.

I've got a few of the original Yellow Jackets sculpts. The game seems to have come on a lot quietly since the last time I looked.

Its not a particularly talked about game... and it is more of a Boardgame than a miniature game really (playing on 3d Terrain instead of 2D poster maps can actually cause a lot of headaches).

Worth having a look at if you like sci-fi skirmish. I'm a fan mostly of the background.

I'm not too fond of the sculpts themselves (prefer the yellow jackets)but I'm always impressed to see someone paint a nice white and your white, Mr Achilles, is nice.

That paint job is really clean, nice work, I need to quit being lazy and get pictures of my yellow jackets up here.

we just recently got the game in at the shop and its just me and two kemvar players...
Someone just bought into the USCR, i cant wait to play an army I can actually hit!
