go slowly

magnetize the doors, dry fit everything.

its the kind of thing where you glue together the entire shell then realize the doors dont fit,

I use termites instead so I am absolved of these things!

Get as many as you will ever need and do them all at once since once you've done one you wont ever want to do another!

work slowly. Once all the doors are on and the innards, paint that portion. Then prime the fins and mount those, paint the inside, flip the doors up and finish the rest. the inside is a right bloody pain to pain when you have no angle to do anything with.

I stand by the fact that while it looks nice, its a right miserable kit with AWFUL flash/gate placement. When you see it, you will comprehend. Not to mention some of the parts seem to demand fixing.........

It doesn't matter how bloody far the apple falls from the tree. If the apple fell off of a Granny Smith, that apple is going to grow into a Granny bloody Smith. The only difference is whether that apple grows in the shade of the tree it fell from.

Look at the doors where the 'hinge' part is.
There is a little bit of plastic that has to be shaved back otherwise the doors won't fit together and close properly.

It's a very small amount of plastic 'flash', but it's enough to stop it closing properly.
