Is the Furioso Librarian's Force Weapon strength 6 or 10? DOn't you just choose to either use the strength 6 Force Weapon or strength 10 bloodfist?

You are correct, you must choose either the bloodfist (S10) or the force weapon (S6 with force weapon traits).

It is a force weapon, so it follows all the normal force weapon rules. I.E. the Strength is determined by the profile of the wielder, and is not effected by the bonus from the blood fist.

I don't have any books on me here (at GFs), but basically you can use one OR the other, i.e. the strength 10 blood fist, or the strength 6 force weapon - just declare which one you are using BEFORE combat
