Simple question:

I remember an old rule for IG (3rd edition?) that said the Infantry Squads always test on the leadership of Sergeants or Officers. They do not use the Commissar's leadership value.

I didn't see this rule anywhere in the 5th edition codex. Did I miss it, or does it no longer exist?

It no longer exists.

This is why blob squads are Ld9, stubborn, with a reroll if you fail.
