What is the generally accepted limit (percentage wise) to non GW parts on models and using them in semi-pro tournaments...say the FLGS or at a GW Store?

I have put Pig Iron Kolony heads on a Cadian Shotgun Vet Squad...and im also going to add Inner Kolony heads to my mix of Cadian/Catachan troops. Im wondering if im going to run into a bunch of flak over my non-standard army...

I do not discriminate....all races are equally worthless....

GW stores usually ask for 50% ratio per model.

LGS will have there own rules, likely less restrictive.

Depends on the GW some are more relaxed than others. For example one GW in the area would look like I had just stabbed a child if I used my Warmachine based canoness conversion in a game. Where as the other actually likes it and doesn't mind at all, in fact they even called it cool the first time I used it.

It is however at around the 50% mark.

As for LGS most wouldn't and shouldn't really mind if you're using non-GW minis for 40k or something. But their rules will vary much more than GW will.
