All right...so it seems that anything in the GK beta with Terminator armor has grenades as well... be it Grand Masters, Ghost Knights, Paladins, Troop Terminators, or Malleus Inquisitors.

Just wondering what others thought about this and whether or not it should exist...if it in fact will exist.

Personally I feel its balanced with the fact there there is no access to TH/SS Terminators that other codecies get for free...

well as they don't run around with power fists i think it makes sense. and I am sure it will be balanced. having grenades is a nice bonus but it won't break the game.

You are not free whose liberty is won by the rigour of other, more righteous souls. Your are merely protected. Your freedom is parasitic, you suck the honourable man dry and offer nothing in return. You who have enjoyed freedom, who have done nothing to earn it, your time has come. This time you will stand alone and fight for yourselves. Now you will pay for your freedom in the currency of honest toil and human blood.

I have to agree with this sentiment. Not game breaking but a nice boost to the list.

I dont know much about the GK, but any Terms armed with a powerfist would make it almost a physical impossiblity to throw a grenade in my opinion....just seems rediculous when you think about it. then again, I cant recall if GK's have power fists or not

It actually explains in the leaked GK Codex that their stormbolters are wristmounted, leaving the hands free to use the grenades at their belt or hold the force weapon in both hands.

They don't have powerfists and grenades don't have to be thrown by hand.

Relictors: 1500pts

its safe to say that relictors are the greatest army a man , nay human can own.

A terminator with a powerfist wouldn't benefit from frag grenades anyway since he automatically strikes last; so the point is moot.

I thought they deployed via a small propulsion, IE: they press their palm or something similar, and a bunch of tiny microexplosives eject, causing little damage to their opponent, but blinding and disorienting them in the process... I agree with what you are saying though.

Mattieu~~~~ It's not that eldar are bad, it's that they require a lot of intergration between units. Also, that doesnt prove anything other than GW has a huge hard-on for marines, and, given the option between making a xeno the best psykers or making a marine the best psyker, they will 9 times out of 10 choose the marine.
