Have anybody here actualt tryed the heavy vennom or the regular vennom cannon, if so, how did it perform?

When people take a carnifex with a hive warrior prime for the coversave, is not the hive tyrant with the tyrant guard better in so many ways?

Never tried a regaular venom cannon in current edition. The heavy one was dissapointing the (very) few times I used it.

You get more CC and more shooting out of the fexstar. And also more flexible (prime can leave). It costs you some points and you lose out on psychic powers and army boosts though. I like the fex star cause its different, but I wouldn't argue its better then the tyrant and guard.

Iorek: "Snoogums, you're right. Your arguments are irrelevant, and they sure as heck aren't going away."
