I'm preparing for a game against Necrons and have started building my list. I apparently really suck at estimation because I put in a lot more than 1500 points. I need some help trimming the fat, so to speak.

for those of you who did the math, I'm 182 over. Unless I can convince him to go 1850 or at least 1700 for this game, I need to cut down on something.
Now the plan is to have the skyclaws jump around harrassing his warriors and charging when i can, trying to stay away from killing them all in the open and getting shot to :bleep after. LF would be deployed in cover if possible, best los possible. same with the Vindicator. Was planning on finding some area cover for it to hide in as it doesn't worry about diff/dangerous terrain. Scounts annoy them from behind while the GH head for objectives/warriors. BC's run up the midfield likely drawing some attention with the rune priests powers being used as often as possible. If possible I'd like my bc's to be teamed up with a GH squad for some longer ranged support. Razorbacks drop off their loads and support with their HB and the AC. I'm hoping to use them to mess up some priority/provide cover, as well as hopefully kill some of his warriors. Dread will be getting into CC as much as possible, but targeting the larger groups with his PC.
now i need to get rid of 182 points so that plan was almost shot, but i can't decide what to get rid of. I don't want to get rid of my vindicator as its ordnance blast can take them down and keep them down. The long fangs are too useful, and i need them in a transport, preferably one that can assist in keeping them safe. While I know that these sorts of decisions are part and parcel to the game, I don't have the experience to make an informed choice.
I know he's got a Butt-load of warriors, a monolith, and by then he'll have his deceiver model, but I don't know what he'll actually be using.
So... any suggestions?

I'd drop the wolf priest and the skyclaws. They may look tasty with all those attacks but I rather get more grey hunters and some accompanying wolf guard. Also I'd drop the fist on the BC pack, they only have 1 attack base so after they get stuck in its not a real good use of points. Also sniper scouts arent an effective use for their abilities. An outflanking melta assault unit may contribute more

I was counting on the BC's minimum 2 attacks, 3 on the charge to do some damage with the powerfist. The skyclaws have an 18 inch attack range, which is the main reason i picked them. With that large assault range i can force him to avoid my CC or at least deal with them. Which i plan to make difficult. otoh, i'll probably screw up somewhere and they'll get wiped out...
As for the scouts, could you explain why? 4 sniper rifles w. 1 hb pinning and thinning out my enemies from 36 inches away from cover seems like a good thing.
Also, if it changes anything, its not the deceiver he recently picked up, its the Nightbringer.

First off that's so hard to read, try separating out the units to make it clearer to read. No one likes having to dig through all the text to figure out who has what upgrades on what unit.

The Powerfist will only swing once not twice. (Aside from the initial charge then it swings 3 times.)

Wolf Scouts with Snipers aren't the best, I mean they can be good, but they're far better coming in from your opponents board edge with Melta's popping vehicles on rear armor or tying up Heavy Weapons squads in Close Combat.

Plasma Pistols, remove all of them, no need for it.

Lone Vindicator, swap it for a Predator with either Autocannon main with Heavy Bolter Sponsons or Lascannon Sponsons.

I know I may be kinda new still, but I thought Blood Claws still benefited from the +1A due to having two close combat weapons. The only one attack would still apply to the PF, though, as the 40K rulebook says that they don't get that benefit.

Yes, you're correct, they get the +1 A for CCW & Bolt Pistol, except the Powerfist Blood Claw, he will only get 1A except for the initial charge into close combat.

Had 3 games against him yesterday, and they were awesome won the first 2 (1000 and 1500 pts) but got absolutely owned the 3rd game (2500 pts). Used my long fangs with plasma cannons and ML to most excellent effect, which combined with my Vindicator phased him out by turn 3 in the first game, he conceeded the second, and i had to leave 4th turn of the 3rd game. otoh, i was down to 1 squad of blood claws w. Njal attached, bjorn backing them up, and 2 5 man GH squads left. and 1 razorback. He'd lost... his heavy destoyers, a few scarabs, less than 10 warriors and a couple pariahs.
But i'm quite proud of one of my little razorbacks. Gave him a lascannon/TL plasma gun upgrade, and he managed to destroy his monolith.
