So I've haven't painted, played, or built anything in quite a few months because life has been so hectic. I saw the Bay Area Open and thought to myself, "What a better reason than a big tournament to get me back into my 'mojo' for Warhammer?" So after doing a bit of brainstorming and researching I finally settled on this army list. Still not finalized but have already gotten quite a few of the power armor models.
And without further adieu, here it goes!

Still working out how the overall army concept will work. Whether its an aggressive or passive army depends on other army.

Very rough draft, so any help would be apprreciated! Specific questions are the best and force me to think on the idea, so they are welcomed!

I think in most lists, it would be more efficient to have x2 smaller units of thunder wolves. They're still dead hard and can ake on more threats. Not really sure if its effective to drop pod in only x3 guys with combi meltas (and to a lesser extend 5 guys with combi plasmas). Maybe drop the drop pods and attach the combi meltas to the grey hunter squads. Points saved can get the scouts a meltagun and their wolf guard friend a combi melta. I find they do great at shooting at rear targets

Unfortunately due to certain armies I wanted that unit to be able to take a charge from any unit and not only be able to give it out. I think I need to experiment with the drop pod guys, They are there to take out immediate threats which plasma and melta do well in their respective area. And if I attach to grey hunter the units wont be able to ride in their rhino because they will have 11 models in the unit. Good point on the scouts and their buddy wolfguard, Maybe drop the meltabombas altogether on them and buy a meltagun and a combimelta
