Hey,

Say if there are 9 ork killakans and I assault one squadron of 3 with a group of guardsmen.
I manage to get the following results: A immobilized killakan, one wrecked and the last one explodes. (I'll skip the weapon destroyed and shocked since they don't matter.)
My opponent says that his killakan survives because it is the last one in a squadron.
I say it's destroyed because in the rulebook it says that a immobilized result changes into a wrecked if the vehicle is in a squadron.

Who is right?

Thank you!

If you get those results simultaneously then you're right and they all die.

It was on one assault indeed.

In assault the important part is the Initiative step you got the results at - if you got all 3 with krak grenades for example then the immobilised Kan would indeed be dead. If you had, for example, wrecked two Kans at I3 with grenades and then a power fist immobilised one at I1, it would remain immobilised and not dead.

Meltabombs and krakgrenades in one sweep.
I didn't need my priest with a powerfist.

40 guardsmen with a commissar and a priest, all have krakgrenades and meltabombs on the sergeants hugging 3 killakans...

As previously indicated, it boils down to Init and Kan spec.

You do realize that you needed 6's to hit with grenades and don't use the WS chart?

Now for the fun part of the question the OOP suggested a Wreck, Immobilized, Exploded and I think a weapon destroyed and shaken too.

Lets just say those were all from 3 pens and 2 glances at AI and all 3 Kans have different load outs...

Should wound assignment be as follows:
Kan 1: 2 Pen
Kan 2: 1 Pen//1 glance
Kan 3: 1 glance

???

If a kan is immobilized then you hit with grenades on WS. I think that also applies if it is shaken or stunned as well.

Pretty sure walkers ignore shaken/stunned in cc?

Immobilizing it drops its attacks by 1, but not so sure on the greandes vs ws thing...

Do you have a handy page reference?

That Kan would have been destroyed, as its part of a squadron. Stunned is irrelevant, and walkers ignore shaken results in combat.

The kans do NOT have to have different load outs in order to have wound assignment, as the squadron rules tell you to spread them out and resolve separately anyway. However I would have assigned in that way, to reduce the chances of losing the 3rd Kan
