I'd buy it. Dremels are horribly overpriced for what you get, anyway. Under light hobby use, a cheap off-brand rotary tool is all you need. If you're really going to put this thing through its paces, then I'd suggest going for something a bit higher quality, but if it's just for modeling work, it's worth the price tag.
