Currently fielding @35:
pNemo
Lancer
Stormclad
Centurion
Jr.
Charger
Stormblades + UA
Stormsmith
I'm looking at replacing that Stormsmith with something, likely a 2 point magic ability user or the Squire. I'm not quite so hot on Strangeways, but the Nyss minion seems to have potential.
The problem is that I'm not sure what to change. Options that occured to me are, in no particular order:
Ditching the UA. I'm gonna miss assault, but not the standard.
Shifting one of the heavies to something else. Centurion to Ironclad? Replace the Stormclad with a 9 pointer?
Replacing the Stormblades with Sword Knights, either at max size or with the UA. I've got a lot of reach, but even so I don't expect the SKs to do much but keep people away from Nemo. Although ARM 19 infantry is attractive.
Replacing the Stormblades with Precursors, either max size or with UA. The UA would like them still hit hard, and Precursors seem like they would need less support, and I wouldn't have to choose between Shield on the Stormblades or Shield on the Centurion.
Ditching the Charger and giving Jr. one of the heavies. I'm hesitant to have him run a melee 'jack at all, much less a heavy though.

What parts of the list haven't been working for you? Are you looking more anti-armor, more models to hit high defense?
Traditionally I've had trouble with a charger on a journeyman because I have to upkeep arcane shield and can't boost the second shot. I do enjoy both models but they haven't worked well together for me.

Note: Fairly new player. Not that many games behind me, and I field most of what I own. Sidlined units are Firefly, SKs, Gunners, Trenchers, and Alexia.
The Stormblades tend to get munched one way or another. Only recently did they perform in a way I thought was worth their 8 points, vs. a Legion player. I had a shielded Centurion sitting in front of his army with stormblades behind that. An Angelus and a Carnviean advanced into melee and took both arms out but didn't get the rest of it.
So the Centurion headbutted the Carni, I slammed the Angelus with my Lancer, and then the Stormblades assaulted both. They almost killed both, too, was just 3-4 damage points short on each.
Previous games they've been set on fire by Zealots, eaten by Bane Thralls, CRA'd by Def 17 Winter Guard, or killed by Assassins after killing a Khador heavy that was worth less than they were, I think.
They seem to need more support than I can give, but perhaps the Cent will relieve some pressure from them. 1 pt per model on a 12/15 chassis just doesn't seem good compared to a lot of the other infantry I'm fighting. All of the Storm Knight units seem like they'd need support to live long enough to be useful.
I usually deal with high def/stealth models by way of Chain Lightning. Something like 50-75% of Nemo's focus ends up behind that spell. The Stormclad and the Cent should deal with armor well, but I'm still struggling with getting things into combat intact while still keeping Nemo safe. The mismatch of Jr. and the Charger aren't lost on me, but I've hesitant to give him a melee 'jack. I'm not fond of the Hunter, as I have trouble believing that 6 pow gun is an upgrade. Even with the AP and the boosted damage.

For most of available targets Charger will perform better, Hunter shines against ARM 20 and above and you have several heavies to deal with that.
I would say that you are missing a fast diversionary unit and that is why storm blades are not working for you. I have noticed that I need to have some advance deploying bodies to shield the storm blades while they advance to combat. Your army seems to be quite slow on the approach so enemy has time to counter your threats one at a time. I would drop Centurion from your list and try to run a unit of swordknights or trenchers in it's place.

Are they self-sufficient enough? The Cent's speed isn't that big a problem given Locomotion, but my only infantry supports are Deflection's +2 arm vs ranged/magic and arcane shield. Any new infantry unit would need to be self-sufficient and/or expendable.
Sword Knights definitely seem expendable.

Maz swordknights or min trenchers are the same cost, both are cheap and require some effort to get rid off. The sword knights can get to decent ARM with defensive line and can sometimes benefit from Flank with either of your reach jacks.
Trenchers on the other hand have AD, dig in and smoke so they can be in the enemy's face early and put smoke to block shooting/ charge lanes. They also have CRA so they can take some boxes of jacks and beasts if they are left alone.
Then you can use locomotion to put lancer or Stormclad to nice positions and run stormblades behind them all to provide counter charge.

I second the min trencher unit. Even though they are expensive for what they do damage wise, they make up for it with utility.
